Template Article System

Master Article Template for Curiosity, Engagement, and Conversion

Use this page as the standard for strategy articles across the site. Every article should create curiosity, introduce a decision framework, move the reader into a tool, and end with a low-pressure next step.

The goal is not just to publish content. The goal is to move someone from reading to interacting, and from interacting to trusting you enough to reach out.

How to use this template

What should stay consistent

Primary purpose
Make the article feel easy to navigate, high-end, and conversion-ready without turning it into a pushy sales page.

Template Section 1 — Hero / Hook

What If Owning a Home Cost Less Than Renting?

Most people assume they can’t afford to buy right now. But what if the problem isn’t just the price of homes—what if it’s the way they are evaluating the opportunity?

Template Section 2 — Core Article Body

Most people assume they can’t afford to buy a home right now.

Prices feel too high. Rates feel too high. And every time they run the numbers, it seems like the answer is already no.

So they keep renting. And eventually, they stop looking.

What this section is doing The opening should create curiosity, tension, and emotional relevance. It should feel like the article understands what the reader is already thinking.

But what if the problem isn’t just the payment?

What if the real issue is the way people are thinking about the decision?

There’s a strategy called house hacking. You buy a property, live in part of it, and rent out the rest. That rental income can offset a meaningful portion of the monthly housing cost.

What this section is doing The middle of the article should reframe the problem, explain the concept simply, and use one example or scenario to create a “wait a second…” moment.

That doesn’t mean it works for everyone.

But it does mean this: you might not be able to afford a home the traditional way… and still be able to afford one.

Template Section 3 — Article → Tool Bridge

After the tool bridge, include one or two related resources. The purpose here is to keep the reader engaged if they are not ready to act yet, without overwhelming them with too many links.

What this section is doing This is your expansion layer. It keeps people inside the site and deepens trust without immediately forcing conversion.
Template Section 5 — Soft CTA

Swap Points
Swap 1 — Headline + Hook
Match the article title and opening to the reader’s question or frustration. This is where search intent and social-media hooks should align.
Swap 2 — Tool Bridge
Replace the primary tool based on the topic. Example: House Hack, Net Proceeds, Buy vs Rent, or Property Comparison Tool.
Swap 3 — CTA Language
Keep the CTA low-pressure, but adapt it to the audience: buying strategy, sale strategy, rental strategy, or investment review.
