Accessibility Statement
Utah Property Playbook is built with accessibility in mind — every visitor should be able to find seller, buyer, financing, and investment information regardless of how they navigate the web.
What we’ve built in
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure on every page
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, search, and accordions
- Visible focus states throughout
- A “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Descriptive link and button text rather than generic “click here” labels
- Form fields with associated labels
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- Touch targets sized for comfortable mobile use
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. We test this site across common screen widths and review new pages against these same standards before they’re published, but we don’t claim certification against any specific standard.
Let us know
If you encounter a page, calculator, or form that doesn’t work well with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, please tell us. We want to know specifically what happened and on which page, so we can fix it.
