When you submit a strategy-request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, timeline, and any property or situation details you choose to share. We do not collect this information through any other means, and forms include a visible consent checkbox before submission.
How we use it
Information submitted through a form is used to follow up with you about the request you made — a strategy conversation, a pricing review, or whatever you indicated. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lenders, vendors, or other third parties without your additional consent.
Calculators
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to or stored on our servers — they exist only on your device for as long as the page is open.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand general traffic patterns, but only after you accept the analytics consent banner where one is shown. If you decline or dismiss it, no analytics script loads. We do not use analytics or cookies to build advertising profiles.
Data retention and security
Form submissions are routed to our contact-management workflow for follow-up. We take reasonable steps to protect information you provide, but no online submission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can decline to submit any form on this site and still reach us directly by phone, text, or email. To ask a question about information you’ve previously submitted, or to request it be removed from our follow-up workflow, contact us using the information below.
